One of the things that makes HOCOA unique is that we interview all potential contractors in person! They have exceptional references and meet insurance and license requirements. Our approved contractors are by invitation only and they cannot pay to join us.
Another thing that makes HOCOA unique is our one call service. Home owners call our office to talk with us about their home repair, remodeling, home improvement, or maintenance project. We take the information and contact our network contractors. The customer receives a call from the contractor the same day. After the work is completed the home owner receives a call from us to verify that the work was done correctly and in a timely manner.
